Coffee Stand - Expected profits

Hey - great forum, I've already learned so much.

I know there's a wide ranging answer to this but can anyone help me out with what type of net income I could expect from a stand selling about 150 - 200 cups a day? Has anyone taken a look at average profit margins per cup? Or the profit margins on any of the other items sold (bagel, fruit, sodas)? I'm looking at purchasing a stand and I'm trying to learn as much financially about the industry as possible.
