Coffee tasting

Hello all!

I'm having a coffee tasting event for my new cafe opening up and we will be trying various roasts and be taking notes on them. I was wondering, what edible food helps clean the palette so that when they drink the other roasts, flavors don't mix. I'd appreciate the support! Thanks!

Pickled ginger is used as a palate cleanser, and so is lemon sorbet.

Coconut,almond or other alternative milks ,Lemon Sparkling water.
