I roast coffee commercially on a very small scale and got into the cold brew thing a few months ago and people have been loving it. My question is that during my research for the recipe and after multiple tastings, I found most of my competitors cold brew to taste really bad.
Im a coffee geek as are most of you, and my flavor appreciation ranges from all process from all known regions. But the quality of cold brew is really bad. Does anyone feel the same?
