commercial Brew Machine

Here is my Conclusion

After posting the first thread and reading your comments.

I will purchase a Bunn Brewise SH Satelite Brewing System, unless there is a compelling reason not to.

I did investigate a Clover but talked two owners who claimed theirs were a little "touchy" and and not suited to a drive through environment.

I am waiting patiently for the forum experts to respond.

Good choice. You may want to spend a few hundred more and pickup the BrewWise Recipe Writer. Makes programming and tweaking a whole lot easier.

Can you tell me the thermo pot you use and where you buy them? Thanks.

I won't get those fancy electronic thermo pots because they break easily. I'll go with the thermo pots with sight glass.

I buy them directly from Fetco.

Can you see a model number on the Fetco pot?

BUNN SH DBC

I would get the DBC version of the SoftHeat brewer. They are progrmable and only a few dollars more than the standard SH.
