Commercial Under-counter Oven & Dishwasher Recommendatio

As you know, you dug up an old post from 2008. It looks like the person who wrote it hasn't visited the Forum since 2010.

Are you looking for recommendations for both an under counter oven and a dishwasher (or a sink or one of each)?

You may want to start your own thread asking about those items so people won't get confused.

Hi Rose, The decision I'm trying to make concerns the type of dishwasher I'm looking into. I'm trying to decide between one that chemically sanitizes and one that sanitizes using hot water. I'm wondering if the chemical sanitization will affect the taste of the coffee. Helen

it won't make the taste different but why under counter dish washers?
