As some of us know, the wide temp. swings permitted by the cheesy
button thermostats installed on most espresso machines in the under
$1000 class are the cause of poor quality shots. You need no longer
tolerate this. For under $200 on most machines we can solve this
problem, permanently! And give YOU full control over brew temp.,
accurate to +/- 1 degree C, 2 degrees F. And now you can leave your
machine ON all day without fear of boiler dry out.
