I'm kicking around the idea of placing a kiosk/bar inside an office building.
Can I expect to pay rent and if so, what is a reasonable amount to pay?

The reason I ask whether or not I can expect to pay rent is that I thought maybe some building management like the convenience of having a coffee kiosk and therefore forgo rent.

Thanks for your help.

Forgo rent  One can always dream...Just joking...First of all any business person looks at, "What's in it for me". So the idea of getting free rent is mostly out of the question. You will still have to pay utilities, which is may be part of the rent charge. Here's a small but effective hint...Whenever you go to someone with a business idea in mind, you have to show them how they will benefit instead of asking them for something.

You might want to ask espresso-outfitters, he has the most experience in placing cart operations.

General Rule

Hello, Im new to this site and I was wondering is there a general rule on the amount of people there should be working in a builing before you would consider putting a kiosk or cart in there?

Thanks,
Dominick
