What percentage of your sales of whole bean coffee are decaf? I am on the threshold of having to order some, but I'm hesitant. I have some demand expressed by existing customers, but not a mandate at this point. And do you charge more for the decaf? The bean I am cupping is more expensive.

5% at the most. I don't charge more for it because it doesn't cost me any more to do it, at least not enough to charge more.

Remember that green decaf doesn't have nearly the shelf life of regular green.

And 1% of that is for shop use, of which I only use half.

The only reason I carry it at all is for a restaurant who we roast for.
