First off, let me say I have been reading, researching, talking to....Deidrich, Joper, San Franciscan, Ambex, Toper...and others. I have narrowed down my next roaster to either the Diedrich IR-5 or the Joper 5 Kilo. They both are great companies and have beautiful roasters, great tech support...but I am just now at that place where I want to make the right choice.
I am also recognizing Diedrich has a smaller footprint and Joper is the more stout rendition of Probat. Both are excellent qualities for me to consider.
If there is any insight of wisdom between these two, i would appreciate it.
