Hello everyone, nowadays i m studying mechanism and history of roaster.
it seems like there are lack of knowledge in this part, so i m having difficult for gathering information (like history of Barth company , Jabez burns, feature of early 20th roaster)
so is there anyone can inform me decent book for roasting machine or history of roasting company?(PROBAT,Barth,Gothot,Petroncini etc)
