Drinking Chocolate or Gelato? Or both?

Would one or the other be more beneficial to a coffee shop? Would it be detrimental to serve both?

In my experience with serving drinking chocolate, it did not sell good at all. We maybe sold two to five 6oz cups a day. As for the Gelato, I have never sold it.
