Among other decisions, I'm weighing out the differences between purchasing a pre-constructed espresso drive-thru from, say, http://www.elitemfgcorp.com/, or purchasing the plans and having it constructed on-site by a local builder.
If I purchase the unit from Elite, I'd probably have to take out a business loan, or such. However, if I have it built locally, might I be able to take out a construction loan instead? And, if so, might there be an benefits (cons?) in doing it this way?
