drive-thru or cart?

I was wondering what were the negatives and positives of owning a drive-thru espresso stand or cart versus the sit-down cafe? Or buying an already existing shop?

Your overhead is a lot lower in a drive thru or cart.

pros/cons

A sit down location:
- cannot be moved if it turns out to be wrong
- requires constant clean up and upkeep
- Costs more to start and maintain (O/H employees, etc)

I may sound biased, but I have done it both ways and drive-thru is the way for my money.
