ECM Teknia Profi V Not Heating

Two-year old machine stopped heating when powered on. Lights lit and machine “clicked”, but did not heat up. Unplugged and kept turning on periodically, and eventually it started working normally! After a week or so, the same thing happened. Again it started working normally for a few days, and now it is not heating up again. WTH?? Anyone experienced this? Thank you.
