I bought an Electrolux espresso machine which uses the A Modo Mio capsules by Lavazza. I find that the froth I get from the machine is too much large bubbles and not enough microfoam. I think it's because the machine has a pannarello attachment, which is intended for inexperienced users, whereas I have some experience and would like a regular ordinary steam wand with no "help" by sucking in air.
Does anyone here know how I might go about replacing the pannarello with a regular steam wand?

the rubber piece (grey in this picture) just after the bend in the steam wand covers the seam between the steam wand itself and the pannarello attachment.
