Espresso Beans Recommended for Gift Idea

Hello everyone,
I want to give a holiday gift to my mom but she is almost impossible since she has almost everything. Do you think espresso beans would be a good Christmas gift?

She has an Impressa F9. I don't know anything about coffee since I don't drink it but is there any espresso beans you can recommend? She is really hard to shop for!

I am very intimidated by looking at these posts since I have no idea what is good and what is not. I read that Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee was good but I would rather have a variety pack.

Does anyone recommend a variety pack I can get on the internet? I also live about 1/2 mile away from Williams Sonoma where they got their espresso machine but I don't think they carry good coffee beans.

I'm a coffee newb but I highly recommend the Baba Budan beans from TopGourmet Coffee.com. A very nice flavor that fits well with espresso... at least for me. It's got a great flavor and it's not over-powering. The beans are obviously fresh too... very oily and smell fantastic.
