I like the site. I agree the design could use a little improving, but it's actually pretty good. I think it's the use of frames and the blue text in the header image that throws off the design. Other than that I think it's a good site.

Is the content original? If not, then you should look into writing a few articles of your own to add some unique content to the site.

I think the site looks very good. I would change the test in the heading because it is hard on the eyes. The picture in the heading is great though I woudn't change that
