Food Writer's Blog Review on Our Caffe

Wow! That was a fantastic article. It's obvious that Vanessa Chang "knows her stuff," and it was a huge compliment to have her do such a great feature article about you and Caffe d'Bolla.

I particilarly liked when she wrote,"The result: Incredibly fragrant, remarkably smooth and clean in flavor. You taste what you smell in that there's no bitter or burned notes in the aftertaste."

We often hear that the goal to making perfect coffee is to get the result to taste as good as it smells. You've obviously achieved that many times over!

It's rare for coffee places to get pimped -- for the coffee, especially in our market. So I need to re-pimp the pimping to keep everyone aware that even though we're hiding in Salt Lake City, we have set ourselves apart.
