I hate that I'm even writing this(!), but I have decided to sell my roaster (affectionally called Diablo). I recently moved from KY to WA to take a job as a pastor. I had originally planned to start a roastery/cafe in our church building, but upon arrival I quickly formed a partnership between our church and a local non-profit coffee shop (Coffee Oasis: https://thecoffeeoasis.com/), which has an amazing ministry to homeless youth in our area, so the plans have changed...and my wife has finally convinced me I can't really justify having a 15 kilo roaster for personal use

I'm asking $14,000 (OBO) for roaster and the digital operating system (software included), which includes fittings/orifices for both natural gas and liquid propane (it's currently set up for propane--I converted it from NG to LP). This also includes crating and shipping fees.
If you want to see the roaster in operation, check out the video below. If you are interested and/or have any questions, feel free to reply here or email me at jeremy.spainhour@gmail.com.
