For shop owners-How much water/month do you use?

We are opening a coffee/pastry/light breakfast & lunch shop and are being asked for our potential water usage. Does anyone have their monthly water bills available that they could look at their average usage? Our shop is 1000sf, no drive through, seating for about 40 patrons.
