Hello,
I have been absorbing as much information as possible about coffee through this forum. Apparently, I've been doing it all wrong for the past 24 years. Haha, I've been using a $50 grinder and a $160 coffee maker, so with some of the information I have gathered, I have learned: First is the barista's knowledge, next the type of coffee is considered, while the grinder goes before the coffee machine in order of overall significance to flavor. With this knowledge, I need to learn as much as I can and invest in a better grinder. I am curious, what advice do you have for a newbie restarting from scratch with his coffee journey? I'm just looking for expert opinions and any sources that I can rely on to relearn the basics.
Thanks for reading!
