Proper newbie here, hello!
I've always liked coffee and guess I thought I was well into it as I had a Bialetti moka pot 10 years ago. I've loved that thing and recently had an Aeropress bought for me.
Then I started wondering what a Sage Machine would be like. They looked the part and the marketing is ace.... would I notice the upgrade?
Then I started watching James Hoffman's YouTube channel!
So... as a result. I've bought a 2003 unmolested Gaggia Classic 1450w model from ebay for £153
Im excited to start the refurbishment or upgrade project and hope this is a good base to start from.
