hi all im new to this but want some advice really just in the middle of buying a catering tralier but it doesnt have coffee machine how hard is it to plub one of theses in and whats the best sort to buy anyhelp would be great thanks :-D

For example:

What kind of coffee machine are you thinking of using on your catering trailer? Will you be offering brewed coffee, or making espresso and espresso-based drinks? (Lattes, etc.).

Do you have electrical outlets on your trailer or will you be running an extention cord to a generator?

What kind of water hookup do you have?

Coffee machine or espresso machine?

Not difficult, but I'd have a pro do it.

Your post reads like... "I'm buying a horse trailer. It doesn't even come with a pony! Are they difficult to groom? What kind should I buy?"

And for catering?

Coffee: Fetco or Curtis

Espresso: Lamarzocco GS3 or a LM Linea 2 Group.8)

Hi. Iam also new here. What are you planning to use for the trailer? A coffee maker or an espresso machine? A La Marzocco espresso machine has been in use in my kitchen for about a year now. I love enjoying the freedom to make a decent coffee whenever I feel like.
