how can i tune up my krups xp 4020

im ready to improve the performance of my krups xp 4020 but i dont what or how to improve.

i hear that i have a pressurized portafilter/filter basket. can i change this?

I don't know about your Krups machine specifically but I've seen many posts on CoffeeGeek where owners have stripped out the pressurizing mechanism from their p/f On Saecos, ect.
