How Many Cups of Coffee a Day Can You Drink?

Hello,
I adore coffee but I cannot drink more than 3 cups a day, if more I won't fall asleep at night. What about you?

Weekdays I drink two 20oz cups in the morning before work. In the winter I will make a occasional cup during the day at work. Weekends I have my two morning cups plus I like to use my Chemex in the afternoon to make the wife and I a cup.

Hello. I drink 5 to 6 cups of coffee per day because i love the taste the way it smells.

Everyday 3 - 5 cups. I have no problems sleeping, even if I drink it right before bedtime.
On days with a higher stress level, I have to be careful, though, as I might get acid reflux.
