I WANT TO START A COFFEE SHOP! ANY ADVICE?

Small advice from Slovakia

as othe ppl said. the location is the most important. the best profit you will have on the coffee drinks. i wanted to open a shop in hungary and i calculated that i need to sell 150 coffees/day to stay in business... we had shop in slovakia in the center of the town and we sold 50 coffees/day +some tea, cookies... we closed... so location and peoples attitude towards coffee is the magic ingredient... as we say here in central europe: measure twice before you cut
