Coffee Drinks

Hey topher! what a brilliant idea,a Barista training manual....If you published it you might make $$$millions$$$
From the menu of the "JavaTimeCafe"
"The Java Shake"
2 long shots of espresso,drawn over 1/4 cup of ice
1/4 cup of 2% milk
1/2 oz. of English Toffee flavored syrup
1 oz. of Hershey's chocolate syrup
6 rounded scoops of royal Fudge ice cream
pour all ingredients in blender and mix on low to medium speed until smoooooth.
pour into 20 oz. cup and top with whipped cream.
(optional) drizzle caramelsauce,or chocolate syrup lightly over whipped cream. A Great Summer Melt Down 8) mr.espresso

presidential suites

I really like javahills campaign coffees idea. Would be great fun to run a straw poll based upon coffee sales of specially suited coffee drinks(especially if you make the Republican brew taste like oil and blood...sorry). Also if you are able to get a liquor license there are tons of great espresso based mixed drinks you can do like chocolate espresso martinis...barenschlager(sp?) and shots...I've even tried a mocha margarita that was suprisingly good.
