as you all know I am a publicity whore, I was quoted and the Muddy Cup mentioned in USA Today yesterday in an article about pennys (since we don't take pennys) I am the penny Nazi, LOL, NY times last week, just thought I would share.

agreed. Pennies are completely useless. I thought however that it was illegal to refuse them for puchases under 100$. I know this is one of those completely ignored laws that never comes up but just curious.
I remember a case in TX where a woman tried to bu a car using change mostly consisting of pennies and the dealer refused her. She sue and he ahd to seel her the car...but I think it was really a publicity stunt and he ended up just giving it to her.
