Information Please: Thinking about buying a Band Sealer from Technopack Corp.

I have had my band sealer for 9 years with no issues...well until recently. It has only happened once but since it is my only band sealer I am going to buy another for back up. Has anyone had any experience with this company? Thanks in advance.
