KALDI Home Coffee Roaster - WAY TOO LOUD! Please help!

I have a KALDI home coffee roaster. I removed the drum to try and clean it but couldn’t (long story, the casing wouldn’t come off), when I reattached the drum to the drive shaft, it began to run way louder. Now it is so loud that I can’t even hear my beans crack!

anyone have this machine? Any advice?!

please help!
