Keurig don't stand behind their products!

I have a duo Keurig that gone wrong. When I called Keurig of the problem, they required a sale receipt. It was very disappointing that they can't stand behind the products that some will malfunction. No confidence that they require proof of sale! It was a gift. If you're thinking of buying a Keurig, I recommend you think twice about it...

Many reported on Facebook that they have experienced the same thing.
