In order to make a stronger cup of coffee, with the Keurig single cup coffee maker, would it harm the machine to run the just brewed coffee through the machine a second time with the same pod still in place in order to extract more coffee from the pod without adding more water that would dilute the brew?

The only proper way to get a stronger cup of coffee from those machines would be to run less water through the pod when brewing.

I wouldn't run coffee through the water reservoir as that will surely cause problems down the road. Later!

I also like the stronger cups of coffee. I just buy the extra bold K Cups and make small cups of coffee.
Do not add anything to the water reservoir but water. You can ruin your machine by adding coffee to the reservoir.
