I should probably add that it looks like Tonx was the photographer, not necessarily the artist.

So, are there experts in latte art that can train you to do it? Or do you just find a coffee shop that's got some resident caffeine-head who hangs around all day practicing his/her art?

Latte art teachers

Yes, there are teachers out there! I taught my daughter, and also have started teaching shop owners and their employees. I'm in San Diego county, but there are others out there.
