We are in the beginning stages of starting up a specialty coffee roastery and are looking for someone who is interested in joining in this venture and jump start a coffee roasting business alongside us. The opportunity of growth is boundless and is determined by your motivation, passion, and skills. If you are someone who wants to practice their roasting skills with fresh quality beans and start a business venture, this is the perfect chance.
‪Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

• ‪Passion to start up a manage a business
• Quality decision making, planning, and creativity
• Knowledge of speciality coffee roasting
• ‪Knowledge of general coffee equipment (gas powered coffee roaster: Probat P5
• ‪Ability to work independently
• Capability to set up channels to sell (online retail and possible wholesale)
• Start and manage social media platforms
• Aptitude to blend is a plus

Model of Business

• Selling coffee roasts through online retail, specialty coffee shops, and possible wholesales

Schedule

• Flexible

Salary

• Based on sales of roast (profit sharing)

Required experience

• ‪Coffee Roasting: Min. 1 year
