Looking for experienced roaster for partner in new company

I live in Irvine and I am starting a coffee company. I'm looking for an experienced individual to partner up with. My father owns a coffee plantation in Nicaragua and we will begin to import the coffee here to the states. I need someone to help with the day to day task of a new start up.
