It's been a dream of mine for years so I want to make it a reality, any help and advice would be awesome.

I'm working on my business plan at the moment and adding up starting cost, everything is going pretty smoothly at the moment. Help me out please!

Hi Ryan and all,
I'm an indigenous people settle in Maehongson, Northern Thailand. We have about 50 tons of dried Arabica beens each year that's not a problem but the problem is price rate is never stable. I'm thinking of processing myself to generate income for my people which I think it's kind of doing something new just like you Ryan. So, you all might also give me advice of what should I do.

what type of Arabica coffees do you have? do you have cupping report on the coffee you are selling? what characteristics, what soil it grows on? when is the harvest season and how do you process? in order to give you some solid info, please provide me with the answers to my questions. thanks. Alex
