Is discussion about buying equipment from one another permitted?
If so,

Does anyone have a roaster they would like to sell? I don't need anything new, just something solid to get started on.

So what type of roaster are you looking for.
If you can be more specific about your need, there might be few members here willing to help out including some new roasters.

Check out some thread about roasters, depends on the size you are looking for but you can find some roasters at very reasonable price.

Looking for a batch size between 10 and 25 pounds.

Thats pretty big size differences... so you are looking for about 5kg machine to 10kg machine... Did you narrow down to what brand or country of origin?
We found out that Turkish or Chinese brands are most economical.
Did you need more sophisticated machine with after burner, shiny top, computer monitoring system to cast iron drum??

What is your price range? 10k 15k 20k??? or less?
