Looking to sell coffee to a specialty retailer....

Hi All,

I have an opportunity to sell to a specialty food retailer and am curious about the pricing structure I should be proposing. Other than the typical overhead costs already associated, is there a basic formula to pricing your coffees to ensure placement in a market? I know that most supermarkets look for that 25-30% markup sweetspot.

I do, although 2 of the coffees offered do not carry the "certification", they are indeed organic. One is from Honduras and the other is Mexican
