Hey guys, it's me again!
I am deciding on a grinder to purchase and I selected Mazzer as the brand since it seems to be getting consistently good reviews.
I have narrowed down my choices to Robur, Kony and Major.
From my understanding, the big difference between Major and Kony/Robur is the rpm. My question is, does rpm really matter a lot in terms of quality of grind?
Will heat produced in grinding affect the taste of coffee so much? Or are there other big game changers that I am missing out on?
Please feel free to suggest another model if you feel that model has distinct advantages over the above mentioned ones.
Thanks guys for your inputs.
