Milk only

If hot milk were to be added to instant coffee instead of boiling water, how would the coffee look like? Would it look like latte, espresso, machiatto, ect… from a fancy automatic coffee machine? I cant find good quality milk here in south america where i am by suriname. The milk processed here in suriname isnt good quality like the milk processed in the u.s. for some reason!

This is how my mother made me coffee when I was a wee kid. Must have been late 70s. I can still taste that nasty cardboard flavor.
