Hey Everyone!
I am starting up my own mobile coffee catering company. I will be catering at various events such as weddings, pop up shops, local farmers market and really for who ever wants coffee at their event!
I have a few questions for those of you who have experience:
1. What online system do you use to charge your client? For example, when people book for weddings, they usually are supposed to pay a deposit and then final payment is typically due a month before the event. What system would you use so the client can make these payments online from home?
2. What have your biggest challenges been?
3. What do you use to rinse your pitchers?
4. How did you write up your contract?
5. What is your cancelation policy for events such as weddings?
