Aloha everyone,
I'm in the market for a commercial espresso machine with a double boiler and 2 group heads to go into my espresso truck.
Please keep in mind that I want to serve 10 espresso drinks in 15 minutes. And, serve a total of 300 espresso drinks in a 8 hour day.
I'm looking for quick recovery time. I want to keep my wattage under 7000, my amperage under 30 and I'll be using 220 volts.
I've searched the forums, but the threads are to old. So, no help...

Mazzer Major Burr Grinder -- $1,250.00 new, purchased for cafe
LaMarzocco Linea AV -- $2,500.00 used, bought for truck
