Need help troubleshooting Gaggia Syncrony Compact Digital

Processes a shot in auto mode but does not turn the grinder on. The boiler, pump and doser operate normally as if there were coffee grounds in the doser. Doser sensor seems to be OK. In test mode the grinder will usually not operate. Cannot find a replacement power/logic board. Any suggestions on troubleshooting the power/logic board?
