New Keurig k200 2.0 taking forever to fill a cup

so I just bought a keurig from Walmart. The first time i ran a cup of coffee it filled the cup in less than a minute now its taking 5 minutes and still not filling the cup to the proper levels. iv tried unplugging it several times but still doesn't work right. has anyone had this problem before?and were you able to fix it?
 
Rather than spend a lot of time trying to figure it out, do yourself a favor and call the Keurig Customer Service number. They can help you troubleshoot the problem, and if it doesn't work, they will send you a new one.

Or, since you recently bought it from WalMart, you have 30 days to return it. You could bring it back and exchange it for another one.
