hello all,
I'm new to the forum and just started roasting on my own. More of a hobby right now, but we will see where it goes. I've been in the industry for about 6 years. Over the last few months, I've purchased a fresh roast home roaster and have been playing around with a few blends. Its been very educating and useful even if I don't go into the coffee roasting business. Either way, its good to meet all of you, I look forward to getting familiar with the board.
