I'm really excited to have found this forum. I'm a member of a forum for just about all of my hobbies and don't know why it took me so long to seek out one for coffee. I hope to continue learning about coffee and methods of brewing. I've been sober for 2 years now and coffee has taken the place of booze and substances for me. It also pairs nicely with pipe smoking. A pipe and a pour over is my morning and afternoon ritual on a daily basis now. My spouse, who loves coffee also, has come to love the hobby and exploring methods and new roasters with me. Lucky for me, I've become friends with a local roaster in my area who has taught me alot. He led me to the rabbit hole, really.
