opening a coffee shop in seatlle.

I'm looking to open a small coffee shop in Seattle. I'm not from the Seattle Area and have never owned o coffee shop before. Are there licensing and permit issues i need to be aware of? Is there a good refference source for me to look into? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
