I am exploring the possibility of becoming a franchisee with PJ's. I am looking for all opinions and suggestions with anyone who can provide feedback. Thoughts are appreciated. Thanks in advance

well as I always am saying, learn the business, both coffee and alcohol and do it yourself. In my opinon it is not worth all that money you spend in upfront costs and monthly franchise fees.

I have owned three bars, and this year we added wine to the original muddy cup in Staten Island.

I agree with muddycup. Hire andrew at cafemakers and he can help you and do it yourself. If you got the money to buy and build a franchise then build your own and be a boss instead of an employee.

just my 46 cents.

also you can apply for your liquor license yourself, regulations depend on the state you are located in, and a Beer and wine is easier than a full liquor. Keep in mind if you do alcohol in a "coffee house" it is tuff to seperate the two. It works best if you have two seperate rooms.

just some thoughts
