Probat 12 kilo with a horrible vibration

Hello folks!
We have a 1960’s or older Probat 12 kilo with a terrible vibration that is coming from the fan shroud, we cleaned it out and tightened everything up. Please advise, thanks in advance!

Sounds like out of balance. Make sure fan is clean and balanced. Also confirm shat and mount are not out of true.
