We are opening a coffee roasting buiness that will custom roast and deliver coffee to customers to their home. We are going to be very small scale and not try to grow big before our time! What I need to know is, what do you store your green beans in, if there is a possibility of rodents, what kind of scale do you use, and what would be the best form for roasting profile tracking?
